The Void Family is an animated indie series that focuses on the bonds of a black family, a father & daughter named Cosmo and Nick.

Nick is a single parent, in which he does have some things in his past (or someone) that he hasn’t really confronted yet. Even so, he puts his own troubles aside for the importance of Cosmo. The development of their relationship gets closer and closer over time, with the new life lessons Cosmo will learn, and Nick learning how to balance his and Cosmo’s needs.

The Void Family takes place during the mid 2010s. They live in a town called Aurelia ‘(A-rer-la)’ Valley; the town is known for its beautiful parks and vibrant green forests. People are quite welcoming to new residents.. as it is also very peaceful with its atmosphere and fun entertainment districts. Markus Muller is the mayor of Aurelia Valley, a very warm and friendly fellow who is welcoming to his great ol’ town! He has a lovely husband named Elias who works alongside him.
